I have been an athlete and student of the human body my whole life. I hold a Kinesiology degree and a Masters in Physiotherapy. I have been practicing Modo Yoga for 14 years and yoga for 20. The Modo practice quickly became my main source of personal healing to help work with chronic pain issues from years of sports-injuries. I am certified to teach Modo Level 1 and 2, Modo Flow, and Yin. I am the co-creator of Modo Fit. I love blending physiotherapy and yoga together. I travel as faculty for the Modo Level One, Two and Fit Trainings where I get to help new yoga teachers learn and refine their knowledge of functional anatomy and movement. As co-owner of the Modo Yoga in Burnaby BC as well, my time is split between Ontario, BC and Modo training destinations.
