After graduating from Brock University with an Accounting Degree,I made the decision to take the Modo Level 1 training so that I could teach at Modo Yoga St. Catharines. I have been with MYSC since almost the very beginning and have witnessed it’s growth and change through the years. Live to Learn is important to me and as such I have taken several trainings. I am certified to teach Modo level 1, 2, Modo Flow, Yoga Tune Up®, Roll Model® Method and Insight Yoga. I am also studying to become an Osteopath through the Canadiant Academy of Osteopathy.
